In order to cover this stay, ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE MUST BE HAND DELIVERY TO THE FRONT DESK CLERK AT THE CHECK IN OTHERWISE FULL PAYMENT OF THE ALL INCLUSIVE WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE CHECK IN.
Environmental Sanitation Tax: All travelers will be required to pay upon check in a daily tax per room per night regardless of the occupancy. Tax fee in Cancun is $79.20 and for Cabo $79.20 Mexican Pesos.

NUMBER OF NIGHTS
The numbers of nights specified in this reservation as a Guest of Member form will be deducted from the Member´s contracted weeks or minivacations nights, since they are not under the REFERRAL PROGRAM and therefore are not entitle to this program’s rewards.CHECK IN 3:00 P. M.
If you need to check in after this time please notify to Club Solaris at least 5 days prior to your arrival.Please present a copy of your ID at the Premier Lounge.

Premier Class Lounge is open from 9 am to 6 pm; any assistance outside these hours will be provided at the Hotel Lounge.PAYMENT METHOD ACCEPTED (At the resort)
• Credit Card: Visa, Master Card and American Express. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED• In order to establish credit at our Hotel, upon check in you will be required to present an international credit card for incidentals.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES POLICY
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Club Solaris Premier Class Reservation Office, at least 2 days prior to arrival.• Reservations cancelled within 14 days after the reservation has been confirmed no penalty applies. Reservations cancelled with more than 14 days after the date of confirmation, or in case of no-show, a penalty of two nights per room will apply. No reimbursements or credits will apply for early departures or late arrivals. All payments made with American Express apply a 5% fee in case of reimbursement.
• For changes on travel dates a new quotation and confirmation will be generated, being this the valid one, and it will be subject to rates and promotions applicable at the time the change is requested. Please note that the updated rate and/or discount will apply to both the requested changes and to the original reservation.
